Massachusetts Innovation Network Announces 2022 Eddies Finalists

LINCOLN, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Massachusetts Innovation Network has announced the finalists for its flagship innovation competition, The Eddies. Finalists will have the chance to participate in this 5-month, no-cost, no-equity innovation support program that includes one-on-one mentorship, strategic advice, leadership training, and connections to resources.

The Eddies (formerly known as the NE Innovation Awards) is New England’s oldest and longest-running innovation competition. They are open to New England-based startups with a working prototype of a breakthrough product or technology and no more than 150 employees. The goal of this incredible program is to help early-stage (pre-C-series) startups take the next steps in their journey to market.

Eddies finalists are hand-picked by a seasoned panel of experienced judges, all successful innovators, who rate the teams on their innovation disruption and prospect of impacting positive change for their users, their industries and markets. The 3 best-scored teams per innovation track qualify for the final phase of the competition.

All finalists will demonstrate their innovation and present a 3-minute pitch (in person) to the judges and members of the innovation ecosystem, at The Eddies Innovation Showcase on Thursday, October 6. Acknowledgment of all finalists as well as prize announcements will be made during The Eddies Innovation Party on Thursday 3 November.

Warmest congratulations to all!

The Massachusetts Innovation Network is a local 501(c)(6) charitable organization dedicated to promoting innovation and economic development in New England.
